After a season full of creativity, craftsmanship, and emotion, The Block 2025 wrapped up in Daylesford with a tense and unpredictable Auction Day. Despite a challenging market, Britt & Taz (House 3) emerged victorious, selling their property for a substantial $3,410,000, resulting in a $420,000 profit and the $100,000 cash prize, totalling more than half a million dollars.
Their success was more than just great styling. The pair delivered a cohesive, considered home that blended indoor and outdoor living perfectly, thanks in part to their clever use of Stratco outdoor solutions.
Throughout the season, all five teams used Stratco Patios and Sheds to create outdoor spaces that were not only functional but beautifully designed, proving once again that great homes start with great foundations.
House 3 - Britt & Taz (Winners)
Britt & Taz’s home struck the perfect balance between luxury and lifestyle. Their outdoor spaces were a true highlight, showing how Stratco solutions can transform a backyard into a showpiece.
● Patio: Their Stratco Outback® Patio in Ebony featured Cooldek® insulated roofing and integrated Outback® Sunroof Louvres, creating a seamless transition from the living area to the outdoors. The design allowed natural light to pour in while keeping the area cool and comfortable year-round.
● Shed: Their modern gable roof shed featured CGI corrugated cladding in NIGHT SKY®, stylish glass swing doors, roller doors at both ends, and VELUX skylights for extra natural light. It wasn’t just storage; it was a flexible, modern space that added real buyer appeal.
Their polished, practical outdoor design gave them the winning edge, proof that quality materials and thoughtful design go hand-in-hand.

What Happened With The Rest Of The Block Houses At the Auction?
Auction Day on The Block 2025 started strong with Britt and Taz setting the pace, but the early momentum soon faded. Next up were Robby and Mat from House 5 - and after seeing House 3’s stellar result, the boys would’ve been hopeful. Their home sold for just under a $110,000 profit - respectable, but well below expectations. Disappointed, they had no idea tougher results were still to come.
Emma and Ben from House 1 followed, but their auction took a turn for the worse as the hammer failed to fall. Their home was passed in, casting a shadow over the day and dampening spirits for the remaining contestants.
Then came Sonny and Alicia from House 4. Their home featured standout inclusions, including a Stratco Patio and a sleek skillion roof shed. Despite a sluggish start, they rallied to secure a sale and walk away with a $120,000 profit.
Finally, Han and Can from House 2 closed out proceedings, but their luck ran out as well - their home passed in with no bids.
