The estimated delivery time varies by product. An estimated delivery time can be found on the product page and will be confirmed throughout the checkout process.
If there is a long delivery time for some of the products in your order, contact us on 1300 165 165 to discuss your options.
Provided your selected products are in stock in a store near you, you can utilise our Click & Collect service. If click and collect is not showing as an option for your selected products, call us to discuss placing your order over the phone on 1300 165 165.
Many of the goods that you can obtain from Stratco are large and may not easily be able to be taken through the check out to your vehicle.
- To assist you safely transport these goods to your premises Stratco provide you with several options:
- Stratco can arrange for the goods to be delivered to your premises. This will typically incur a delivery charge which will depend upon a number of factors including the delivery address and the goods that are to be delivered.
- You can choose to collect the goods yourself, providing your vehicle is adequate for the task. If you want to pursue this option then the Stratco sales team will be able help confirm if your vehicle is suitable for the goods you want to collect. Note: Courtesy trailers are available at some of our locations See some important tips for a seamless pickup process below:

Have your order number ready to go.

You must have appropriate footwear to load your own vehicle.

Stratco team will not load a vehicle that is considered unroadworthy or loading breaches road transport regulations

The placement of the load is to be directed by the customer.

Securing of the load is the responsibility of the customer.

We will not load anything, even if within the specified load projection limits, if the load obstructs the driver’s view.

We may not be able to safely load your order if you have other materials already loaded on the vehicle and we do not have a safe, flat space to pack goods

The Customer Pickups area is not a work area.

We are unable to allow cutting back of any items to fit your vehicle. Please ensure that you place your orders for collection within the restrictions of the vehicle you intend to pick up in.

You will be asked to come back with a suitable vehicle or make contact with your customer service team to arrange delivery.

- We won’t get on the back, or on top of your vehicle or trailer and we will not allow you to climb on top of the load to reorganise or restrain your load. This must be done from a stable position on the ground, or on an approved platform.
- For customers wishing to load orders onto roof racks, unless you have a vehicle manual + engineering plate to certify that standard limits can be exceeded, we will use the following as a guide to the amount of weight we can load onto roof racks and ladder racks. We will not load any product that comes into contact with the roof of the vehicle
- Roof Racks MAX Roof Load 75kg. Less the weight of the rack
- Ladder Racks MAX evenly spread 150kgs. Less the weight of the racks

No. A street address is needed for your order to be delivered.
You can change the delivery address by calling 1300 165 165 between 7.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 5pm on Saturday (CST) within 24 hours of placing your order.
The delivery charge is automatically calculated and varies according to the products that you order. The delivery charge will be shown at the 'Checkout' stage before you accept the order.
Please note you are not able to assist our delivery driver in unloading your order. Our delivery drivers must comply with strict handling and unloading processes to ensure your safety and theirs. While we appreciate the offer, we ask that you do not assist our delivery drivers with unloading your goods.
Please let us know if you would like your order placed in a specific location on your property. We will attempt to honour your request if it is safe and practical to do so, however we can not guarantee your goods will be left in the specific location requested.
Please note we can not deliver to the rear of your property.
