You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong choice.
You are entitled to a refund if the goods purchased:
- are defective (the defect not being caused by you)
- do not match the description or sample provided by us
- do not do what they are supposed to or what we said they would
Some of our goods are manufactured to order and with these goods you must check carefully for measurement, profile and colour prior to ordering.
This refund policy applies if you return the goods within a reasonable period of time and you can prove that you have purchased the item from us.

Non-Stratco manufactured products can be returned. Stratco manufactured products are unable to be returned.
Yes, if the order is for non-Stratco manufactured product you can return it at your local Stratco store.
Non-Stratco manufactured product can be returned at your local Stratco store or we can arrange a courier to pick up the order, at your expense. To arrange the pick up of your order you can email or call 1300 165 165 between 7.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Saturday or 9am to 5pm Sunday and public holidays (CST).
Yes, you will need a copy of your receipt to return your order.
The courier fee for returning non-Stratco manufactured product will be equal to the delivery charge that is shown on the order invoice.
If you decide to return your order you will be charged the courier fee. Stratco will cover the courier fee if your goods are faulty or incorrect.
